Our Returns policy

All of our CD's are manufactured to order and we believe that you have ample opportunity, before placing your order, to confirm both the quality and content of our products. Due to this, and the fact that these items can easily be copied, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:

1. There is a fault with the item(s) and it fails to function correctly.
2. The item(s) arrived in a damaged condition.

In all cases you should contact us immediately at the email address on the contact page. We may require the item to be returned to us at the address on the contact page, with a note stating what the problem is. We will test the item, where relevant, and if found to be faulty, replace it free of charge. If we can find nothing wrong with the item then it will be returned to you.

Should you wish to return the item(s) for any other reason then they will only be accepted in an unused condition, provided the seals are not broken. In this case, an administration charge of £2 will be levied and the remainder of your order value will be refunded to you through PayPal.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
