Our Copyright policy

All of our products are subject to copyright. You may freely use the data contained within them to research and further your family history. You may also publish extracts of the data from these products only if it is a part of your family history research, e.g. on a "my family history" web site.

You may make a single copy of the pdf file(s) on your local hard drive for backup purposes, but you may NOT copy the complete product or any part of it for redistribution in any form. This includes transcribing the data and publishing it in a machine readable form e.g. a table on a web site.

If you wish to copy or utilise the data for any other reason you must ask permission before doing so.
